Our first dinner during the Locavore Challenge was amazing!

Here's what was on our fresh, local menu:

• Grilled Rock Bottom Ranch chicken with apricot glaze

• Heirloom tomatoes with Avalanche goat cheese and basil from our garden
• Palisade peach cobbler
